    Last year you told us that the speed of service was more important than price, variety and portion size, so in the past twelve months we have started a programme to install external service points, or “pods”. Where these have been sited they have taken a huge amount of pressure, and lots of customers away from the main dining areas, reducing queues and speeding up service. More “pods” are due to be installed this year, with one school even getting a converted Shipping Container.
