    HC3S Food Quality Survey

HC3S (Hampshire County Council Catering Service) provides food and drink in primary and secondary schools across Hampshire. We would like to hear your views on the quality of our food and drink to help improve our service.

The purpose of the survey is to help us understand how important food quality is to our customers, particularly in relation to other factors such as price. Offering quality food and drink is an important part of our service and we want to know if our customers share these views.

In this survey, food quality is defined as:

    • Knowing where our food and drink is produced and sourced
    • Ethical, animal welfare and assurance standards applied to our food and drink
    • Knowing our food and drink supply is sustainable in the long term

Your feedback will help us to tailor our food policies and continue to offer a meal service that meets customers’ expectations.

The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Please move through the survey using the arrow keys at the bottom of each page. Do not use your browser ‘back’ button as this will take you out of the survey and your answers will be lost. To begin the survey, please click on the link below
